The Summer School in Bilingualism is a two-week international programme held at Bangor University, one of the leading institutions for bilingualism research. The Summer School will consist of 16-18 one-week courses on topics in bilingualism and will be taught by leading researchers in the field. It will also feature five keynote speeches and a symposium, during which participants can present their work and obtain feedback.
The Summer School in Bilingualism is designed for postgraduate students, post-docs, and early career researchers. However, applications from advanced undergraduate students (in their final year of study) will be considered, as long as they have a strong background in linguistics, psychology, education or a related field and an active interest in bilingualism or second language research.
